A CMA is a REALTORS® opinion of market value. I offer
all my clients and all my potential clients a free CMA. To provide an
accurate CMA the following information is required:
These items allow me to pull the assessors card which describes your property. The deed describes the lot. These two items along with a visual inspection of the property will allow me to produce CMA that should be +/- 5% of what a ready, willing, and able buyer will pay for your property.
